Saute' Chicken and Asparagus Sambuca

I love this dish instaed of chicken alfredo

  • 4 pieces Skinless Chicken Breast cutlets, thin
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch asaparagus cut ends off stalks
  • 1 15oz btl Luigi Del Conte Sambuca Simmering Sauce


  1. In a large sauté pan, add olive oil and heat on medium heat

  2. Place chicken in sauté pan and brown one side about 7 minutes depending on thickness of the chicken.

  3. Turn chicken over, shake Luigi Del Conte Sambuca Simmering sauce, pour over chicken, add asparagus and simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Plate chicken, asparagus and pour sauce over the top!!
